Cloud save slots and state synchronization features are provided strictly as a convenience on an "as is" and "as available" basis:

We do not guarantee permanent data storage, backup integrity, or uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, corrupted, or overwritten save states or game progress data.
