Sekai GBA Cloud is an independent, non-commercial fan-made project and is not associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Delta Emulator, or any of their affiliated companies.

1. Overview

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines what information is collected when you interact with this web emulator and cloud save platform, and explains how your data is used and protected.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data collection. We only collect the technical information necessary to deliver cloud save functionality:

Discord User ID & Username: When accessing the application via Discord Activities or signing in via Discord OAuth, we receive your public Discord ID and display name to associate and authenticate your personal cloud save slots. We do not access or collect your email address, private messages, server lists, friends lists, or payment information.
Game Save Data (.sav) & Save States: GBA battery save files and emulator state snapshots generated during gameplay are stored to allow you to resume your progress across sessions and devices.
Client Configuration: Minimal interface preferences (e.g., audio mute status, screen clearance offset, and custom keyboard bindings) are stored locally in your browser's localStorage.

3. How We Use Information

All data collected is used solely to:

Authenticate your session and associate save files with your account.
Store and synchronize your game saves across devices.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or commercial third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your stored save files. You can delete individual save slots at any time using the in-game Save Slots manager. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated save records, you can revoke access in your Discord Authorized Apps settings or contact the administrator.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service is deployed on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. When using the Service as a Discord Activity inside Discord, your use of Discord itself remains subject to the Discord Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
